I watched this video twice and didn't understand where they were coming from but then i watch the next one about the beauty and the beast and caught on immediately! When i was younger i wanted to be just like Snow White. because she was beautiful, she lived in a beautiful castle, and lots of little male servants that worshiped her! Before my grandfather died,he brought me the snow white movie and put a note inside that read "You don't have to be snow white in order to embrace the woman that you will become." By watching the video and the message that they are trying to bring forth my grandfather was right. Today when we watch tv we get pulled into what a woman should look like rather it be a cartoon or a sitcom. As woman we can't just settle with being ourselves and embracing the women we've become flaws and all. Society shows us in so many ways that its not enough to just be yourself. Thats why they Make shows and movies like the little mermaid, snow white and beauty and the beast because they can reach the younger crowds because they know that are still look to find themselves Quinnmesha Yearby
