I think the only difference in Shakira from back in the day to now is just the physical aspect. She stays true to her Latina roots, and doesn't change who she is at all. The fact that she changes her hair color, and maybe dresses a little bit differently isn't a bad thing at all. Its just showing that she is getting older, becoming more mature and is more successful.
