For 11/29: Declutter your wardrobe: wear more of less - videos - *faircompanies

This is a great video, sent by a student, about having just enough clothes--not to many.

  1. This is a great article and something that we forget about a lot. We live in this society where we have an excess of things and whether it is shoes or clothes it is something that we need to be aware of. I still donate to Vietnam Veterans every month as a way to help share my closet with everyone.

  2. That is me! I do the exact same thing. I have tons of clothes, but I wear the same ones over and over. Mostly because everything is buried in my closet or drawers and I don't feel like digging around to find something new. I think this would take a lot of discipline to do. It's symptomatic of our culture as a whole. Get as much as we can, hold on to it, never use it, and then at some point give it or throw it away. Pointless and indulgent, really.

  3. I would have to agree with this video and article because although I'm not a female I have seen numerous female closets. They might not all look like her closet but there are tons of clothes in their closets, it just might be a little more organized. Even with their closets being organized and clean, most females that I know tend to wear the things they have wore repeatedly because they know how they look in it. They tend to stray away from the things that the haven't wore in a long time, then eventually just forget that it is even there. So now there is no point of the clothes being in the closet anymore but it's been in there so long they forget to give away. Ultimately a good video.
