    I think this comic is "mocking" people in America. They mock the way that we give advice to women wanting abortions as if they didnt know what they were doing. The other three little jokes mock how we think of ourselves as Americans..That we drive big "cool" cars(that are harmful to the environment) and thats how we base how cool someone is. Also that we have an obsession with fast food (Mc donalds), and just in general we have the conception that we are the greatest nation of all.
