Tom Hanks made a video making fun of the show toddlers and tiaras... he even says his tott looks "just like a bratz doll." I thought you would find it interesting and relating to our past readings in the Purity Myth.

First off I find this show disturbing. I do not know why anyone would want their six year old to look like an adult, or enter them in a "Sexy Baby" contest. I think this goes along with the readings from the Purity Myth very well, especially the part that it talks about the U.S. being obsessed with young girls. This show is a prime example, it teaches girls at a young age that their sexuality is important, it makes them "winners".
