    I found this video very interesting. Emma Thompson explains that everyone is their own worst critic and how scrutinizing themselves is almost an act of violence. we cover what we don't like and we hide everything else that isn't "perfect".Emma Thompson just wants everyone to love themselves the way that they are and to be comfortable in their own skin.
