Teen pregnancy rate increases after decade-long decline

I'd be interested to know what you think about this story. Should we be encouraging teen pregnancy or trying to prevent it?

  1. Most certainly we should be trying to prevent it. I do think, however, that teen pregnancy has been glorified in the last 10 years in a way that it has not been previously. I do believe that there is a correlation between the rise in teen pregnancy and abstinance only sex education, but it may or may not be the only catalyst.
