Most certainly we should be trying to prevent it. I do think, however, that teen pregnancy has been glorified in the last 10 years in a way that it has not been previously. I do believe that there is a correlation between the rise in teen pregnancy and abstinance only sex education, but it may or may not be the only catalyst.
