  1. this blog was kind of confusing to me, but either way it sounds like the women placing lawsuit are not getting their cases heard which is beyond ridiculous and sexist. Even though it is a womans blog; do more men get their cases heard or is at higher hierarchy?

  2. I think it is great that women are showing how strong they can be and that they are joining together for a specific cause. These women deserve to be paid the same as men and promoted. I've had many women bosses who I found more effective than men; it should not matter what sex they are. We're supposed to be equals, and if this is true then Walmart is being really hypocritical. I work for a place similar to Walmart and I would be furious if I did not get promoted or paid the same as a fellow male coworker. I applied to Walmart before I got my job, and it just makes me angry thinking that this is happening to women. It does not seem like their case is being taken seriously by many, but I hope that they will actually be heard and something will change because that is ridiculous and unacceptable.
